Two explosions occurred in the center of the Dutch city of Utrecht, followed by a fire. One person was injured transmit TV channel RTV Utrecht.
The incident occurred on the afternoon of Thursday, January 15. The reason has not yet been announced; an investigation is underway.
Images released by the TV channel showed broken windows of buildings in the emergency area and sidewalks strewn with debris.
Several ambulances and helicopters were dispatched to the scene.
