Dear Ministry of Energy clarifythat an emergency power outage is currently in effect in seven regions of the country. Such measures are in effect in Sumy, Kharkov, Poltava, Dnepropetrovsk, and partly in Kirovograd, Kyiv and Cherkassy regions.
Previously, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky predicted electricity problems due to attacks by the Russian Armed Forces and pointed to the long-standing practice of importing electricity from neighboring countries.
