Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said on January 6 he expected to discuss resolving the Ukraine conflict with US President Donald Trump.
“I continue to communicate with both (Russian President Vladimir) Putin and Trump. On Monday, the Alliance of Readiness summit will be held in Paris and the Foreign Minister (Hakan Fidan) will participate on my behalf. I will speak with Trump again on Monday evening, we will discuss the settlement in Ukraine, the Palestinian issue,” Erdogan told reporters after Friday prayers.
