Eismont believes that Harvard physicist Avi Loeb, who once suggested that 3I/ATLAS could be an alien spacecraft, exploited “the desire in each of us to have confirmation that we are not alone in the Universe.”
“But comet 3I/ATLAS has not given such a confirmation and will not give it – its motion occurs in complete accordance with the laws of mechanics without any oddities,” the scientist said.
According to him, the antigravity acceleration observed in this object is natural and required for all comets. It involves the jet after dust and gas escapes from the core.
