The outdated has introduced an unusual solution to the owner of the old iPhone models with the Lightning port. A new cover called IPH0N3-USB-C protection allows you to modernize the device, add a modern USB-C connector and eliminate the demand for outdated cable. This has been reported by 9to5Mac publication.
With the release of iPhone 15, Apple has transferred its smartphone to USB-C standard, but many users still own previous models. In a situation where most of the laptops and tablets to play the game have been used by USB-C, the old iPhone is often the only device that requires separate clay cable. The new case offers an alternative to expensive smartphone update.
Accessories are available for a range of models, starting with recent relative lines of iPhone 14 and 13 and ending with more older, such as iPhone 12, 11, XS and even some versions of the iPhone SE.
The case does not interfere with wireless charging and Magsafe, and also supports fast charging function. However, accessories have an important limitation: it is not compatible with devices that require electricity from the iPhone itself. This means that wired headphones, external drive or screen will not work through the new port.
