A strong, strongest storm from the beginning of the summer, recorded on the ground. According to astronomers, the reason for this phenomenon is the intrusion of the planet in the area of the influence of a large rim hole in the sun, TASS writes.
Although the event has been predicted, the actual intensity of the storm is significantly higher than expected. Currently, its level is estimated to be the third of the five possible people.
According to the forecast, the duration of the storm will be from four to six days.
The magnetic storms to the ground
Experts emphasize that the continuous influence of storms from during the prediction should not be assumed. The effectiveness of the rim holes is characterized by the ability to change: as prescribed, it is expressed in the form of a series of individual impulses that last for several hours, between which the temporary stability of the situation is observed.
The first half of September is marked by geography activities. In the first ten days, three magnetic storms were registered, corresponding to an average event every three days.
