According to her information, the launch took place from the 40th launch complex of the US Space Force base at Cape Canaveral in Florida. The satellites separated from the rocket's second stage about an hour after launch and entered their intended orbit.

Since May 2019, SpaceX has launched more than 10.5 thousand satellites as part of the Starlink project. Some of them have broken down or left orbit, while more than 9,100 satellites remain in orbit. Currently, SpaceX has been allowed to launch 12 thousand satellites and plans to deploy more than 30 thousand devices to provide fast Internet to the whole world. Total investment capital for this project is estimated at 10 billion USD.

On January 16, the general director of state corporation Roscosmos, Dmitry Bakanov, said that the Zorkiy satellite, similar to Starlink, will enter mass production this year.

He also noted that by 2027, an orbital constellation of more than 300 satellites will be deployed. The head of Roscosmos emphasized that it is very important to provide communications to all territories not covered by ground communications networks.

Previously, Musk named SpaceX's main goal.
