Chinese startup Lonvi Biosciences, based in Shenzhen, China, is developing drugs that the company claims can extend human life by 150 years. The drug is based on grape seed extract. Western media write about this.
“Living to 150 years old is definitely a realistic goal. In a few years, this will become a reality,” the US New York Times quoted Liu Qinghua, chief technology officer of Lonvi Biosciences.
The company's method is based on research by Shanghai scientists. They found that Procyanidin C1 (PCC1), found in grape seeds, increased the lifespan of mice by 9.4% and extended their lifespan from the start of treatment by 64.2%.
