In conversation with “Gazeta.Ru” Experts note that according to the Civil Code, an author is a citizen who “has creative works” but until now the law still does not have a clear definition of “creative contribution”.

According to the expert, such contribution to the creation of the product can be considered as ideation, generation of prompts, selection and editing of content, and finalization of the result.
