The portal says that the function of sending messages does not work for Russians, some of them do not reach other users. In the past hour, more than 270 people have complained about this app. During the day, about 950 requests were recorded.
The majority of complaints about Telegram's activities were submitted by residents of the Magadan region, the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Region, the Tula region and the Altai Republic.

Previously, YouTube video platform users around the world complained about service interruptions.
