Next weekend, from December 13 to 14, the capital is expected to be free of snowstorms. Leading expert of the Meteonovosti news agency Tatyana Pozdnykova reported this to the Moscow City News Agency.
“Some people say that we could have a blizzard next weekend, but I am not inclined to predict that we will have a blizzard. Because, yes, we will have a very windy day on Saturday, with northerly gusts of up to 12-17 m/s. But the reality is that we will have little snow. Yes, as they say, he will change direction. But the concept of a winter blizzard as such still cannot be attributed to the upcoming Saturday weather”, Pozdnykova said.
Previously, the media reported that on December 13, Saturday, there could be a snowstorm and rain in Moscow. During the day the temperature will drop to minus 5, at night – to minus 13 degrees.
