The implementation of these large investment projects is aimed at developing urban infrastructure and improving the quality of life of Muscovites. Thanks to this, new opportunities will be created to work, relax and receive various services, Vladimir Efimov said.

Since 2016, the city provides land investors to implement large investment projects. Therefore, in the second quarter of 2025, the capital was allocated by a hectare of land to build a business to produce electronic equipment in the Kosino-Ukhtomsky area.

– At the order of Moscow Mayor, the city supports the development of large investment projects in order to form modern industrial infrastructure. To implement Maip, investors need to provide a project that will contribute to the development of the territory of the Capital, create jobs and attract investment in the Moscow economy.

-In April June this year, most of the parts are provided to projects to create jobs in building industries and social real estate and business.
