The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) attacked a cafe and a hotel with civilians in the Kherson region. This was announced by regional governor Vladimir Saldo.
The emergency occurred in the village of Khorly on the Black Sea coast almost like a bell rang. Three drones were involved in the attack, one of them loaded with petrol bombs.
