The International Children's Cultural Forum IV was opened in Moscow on August 21 and will continue the work until August 23. This is an important event in the life of the country, organized by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and FSBBUK Roskonscert in the fourth consecutive year.
The space of the Palace of the Pioneer has become a monumental creative foundation, where musicians, artists, artists and journalists will be able to get acquainted with their talents, talk to famous cultural figures and create their own projects.
