From 5:00 am to 18:00 on August 7, short -term rains are expected in Moscow, in some strong places, the report said.
Regarding the unfavorable meteorological phenomena expected in the emergency situation, it is recommended that the drivers of the car have rain that significantly reduce the speed of moving and increase the distance from the front of the following vehicles, as well as to avoid sudden – limited and limited drills.
