Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin and head of Russian Railways Oleg Belozerov opened the new city station “Petrovsko-Razumovskaya” on MCD-1. According to Sobyanin, the start of construction of this facility is an important stage in the formation of a major transport hub, which will consolidate several projects.

The new station was built on the stretch between Timiryazevskaya and Okruzhnaya stations, near the intersection of tracks MCD-1 and MCD-3. As noted by the mayor's office, from the station, passengers can transfer to the stations of the same name on the Serpukhovsko-Timiryazevskaya and Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya metro lines in less than five minutes.
In addition, the opening also provides the first transfer between MCD-1 and MCD-3, which takes about ten minutes on foot. We also create a safe additional connection for pedestrians through railway lines between Timiryazevsky and Marfino districts, which will increase the convenience of people's travel.
It should be noted that the new station has improved transport services for more than 250 thousand people living in Timiryazevsky, Butyrsky, Ostankino and Marfino districts. The implementation of the project will allow the integration of railway lines and the city, and make travel more convenient for residents of the capital, the city news agency reported.Moscow».
