Pushkin Card holders must apply for renewal by December 28 to be able to continue using the card in 2026. About this reported sent to the Ministry of Culture.

Pushkin Card holders are required to apply

The Department clarified that this procedural requirement is related to “transferring” the card to VTB Bank. The card issued by Postal Bank will be valid until December 31, and you can apply for a new card in the “State Service Culture” application.

“Pushkin Card” is a special bank card created for teenagers from 14 to 22 years old. The project was launched in 2021. Every year, five thousand rubles are transferred to the card by the state, which can be spent on attending various cultural or educational events.

According to Minister of Culture Olga Lyubimova, since the start of the corresponding program, more than 98 million tickets worth more than 48.3 billion rubles have been sold throughout the country. “Children love to attend cultural events,” she notes.
