Air temperatures in Moscow until the end of the working week will be 3.5 degrees higher than October climate standards. Roman Vilfand, scientific director of the Russian Hydrometeorological Center, promised the capital's residents unusually warm weather, writes .

Due to low atmospheric pressure, light rain is possible in the city. However, the forecaster clarified that there are no conditions for heavy rainfall – around 4-10mm of rain will fall over the course of the week.
“Daytime temperatures on all working days of the week will be plus 12-13 degrees, 3.5 degrees higher than normal. We can assume that September weather has returned to Moscow,” Vilfand said.
By the weekend of October 11 and 12, a low pressure trough will form over Moscow. Therefore, rainfall will become moderate. On Monday, October 13, rainfall will increase further and the air temperature will drop to minus 10 degrees.
