The “City of Mission” project traditionally invites residents of the capital to participate in the environmental campaign “Christmas Tree Cycle” in early January. Muscovites can deliver Christmas trees to special collection points, as well as assess the condition of the points or report misplaced Christmas trees.

The missions will help city residents contribute to caring for the environment, teach them how to respect nature, and become a good motivator to form environmentally friendly habits.
In the first task, participants were asked to learn more about how to properly prepare and handle Tet trees, as well as the benefits they will bring to the city after recycling. To complete it, you must first study the material in the “Training” section, then open the report form and answer all verification questions.
Citizens who decorate their homes with branches of spruce, fir, pine or live conifers this New Year can take on a second task. It will be considered successfully completed if the user delivers the Tet tree to one of the special collection points, determines the coordinates of the eco-point and sends three photos confirming the fulfillment of the conditions, reports website Mayor of Moscow.
As part of the “Winter in Moscow” project, until January 11, the capital will host Festival “Journey to Christmas”. A specially designed spruce exhibition opened at one of the central locations – Kuznetsky Most Street.
