Two traffic police officers were killed when an improvised explosive device (IED) exploded on Yeletskaya Street in Moscow.
Two other injured people were taken from the scene by ambulance. Their condition is assessed as serious. According to the Mash Telegram channel, one of the victims lay on the ground with injured legs.
