In Moscow from November 10 to December 3, 2025, the photo exhibition “Two Capitals – Two Views” will be held to celebrate the architectural and historical similarities between Moscow and Nizhny Novgorod.

The exhibition will give Moscow residents and visitors of the capital a unique opportunity to see the relationship between the two cities, their common heritage and unique features through photography and historical information.

Moscow and Nizhny Novgorod are cities with a rich history, playing an important role in the formation of the Russian state. The photo exhibition “Two Capitals – Two Views” is an in-depth visual study that allows viewers to trace how historical events and architectural traditions are intertwined in the appearance of the two capitals.

The exhibition presents architectural masterpieces, historical monuments and modern views of Moscow and Nizhny Novgorod, demonstrating their uniqueness and common features. Through photographs and historical context, visitors will see the coming together of two important Russian cities through the country's iconic landmarks and figures.

Earlier, at the outdoor gallery on Tverskoy Avenue in Moscow, Opening of the author's photo exhibition Vladimir Kopylov, dedicated to 17th-century Russian Orthodox fresco painting.
