The large jazz orchestra conducted by Peter Vostokov won the “All Colors of Jazz” award in the special category “Social Projects”. In September 2025, the second season of the project “Jazz in Moscow schools” begins, which is an initiative of BDO Peter Vostokov and the capital's Department of Education and Science. Performing for students, musicians introduce them to the history of jazz and its secrets, as well as the works of Duke Ellington, Oleg Lundstrem and other famous jazz artists. The award was given to the orchestra for its participation in this educational program. Renowned Australian jazz artist, trombonist and singer from Sydney, Dan Barnett, previously told NSN that he wanted to bring Peter Vostokov to Australia and called him a “great musician”. The 11th “All Colors of Jazz” awards ceremony took place on November 19 at the ODEON Moscow Theater. It is organized by Radio JAZZ.
