Moscow, September 8 /TASS /. Moscow's Tver Court will basically consider the lawsuit of the Prosecutor's Office against the owner of the KDV Group for billionaire Denis Shengelov, as well as Nikolai's father about appealing their assets in the income of the Russian Federation on September 23.
