Australian residents were brought to Moscow Zoo – two echidnas and a striped couscous. The organization spoke about this on its Telegram channel.

These nocturnal animals are rarely kept in zoos in Eurasia, and in Russia they cannot be seen anywhere else. “Currently, the animals are getting used to their new home in the office premises under the supervision of zoologists,” the zoo said. It is known that couscous may appear at the exhibition in the near future.
Previously, two Amur tiger cubs were born at the Moscow Zoo's Rare Animal Breeding Center. The newborn male and female were born in August but their mother hid them from prying eyes for a very long time.
