Forecaster Tishkovets: Half of the normal amount of rain will fall in Moscow at the beginning of the week

In Moscow, snow is expected to fall early next week, bringing more than half of the capital's monthly rainfall. Leading expert at the Phobos weather center, Evgeniy Tishkovets, reported this on his Telegram channel.
