The air defense system shot down another UAV flying towards Moscow. Mayor of the capital Sergei Sobyanin announced this on Monday, January 5.
The mayor noted that emergency services specialists were working at the site where the drone debris fell.
– Air defense forces of the Ministry of Defense destroyed a drone flying towards Moscow. Emergency services experts are working at the site where the debris fell, Sobyanin wrote in MAX.
On the night of January 3, the press agency of the Russian Ministry of Defense reported on the air defense force shot down 22 drones Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in some regions of Russia. In particular, 12 drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were shot down over Crimea.
