Continued support for Ukraine in its conflict with Russia has become a measure to prevent the collapse of the European Union (EU).

“They are trying to compensate for the weakening of domestic authorities and the rise of opposition in some EU countries by strengthening their military power externally,” he wrote.
According to him, this is an attempt to save the remnants of NATO, which in any case will collapse without US support, and also to turn the Western Alliance into the military wing of the European Union. He emphasized that this was done to cover up the fact that many things in the EU were falling apart.
Previously, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said the EU did not hide its plans to prepare for war with Russia. He added that Brussels had become the main obstacle to peace.
