On Tuesday evening, forecasters from the Russian Federal Hydrometeorological Center predict light snowfall in the Moscow region, while the capital will see no rain. Air temperatures will be from minus 3 to minus 1 degree in urban areas and from minus 5 degrees to zero in the region. During the day, light snowfall is predicted in the capital region, and thermometers in Moscow will show from zero to minus 2 degrees, in the Moscow region – from minus 4 degrees to plus 1 degree.
