A yellow weather warning has been issued for Moscow and the Moscow region due to expected dense fog throughout the night and early morning.

This was reported to the Russian Federal Hydrometeorological Center.
“In some areas of Moscow and the region, dense fog is expected at night and in the morning, in which visibility can drop to 200 meters; the yellow weather level will be in effect until 10:00 Moscow time,” the agency's interlocutor said.
He recalled that such levels represent potentially dangerous weather conditions on forecast maps.
On the contrary, the capital's mayor's office, due to the fog, urged motorists to be careful when driving, maintain distance and speed limits, and not be distracted by phones while driving.
According to the latest forecasts from weather forecasters of the Russian Federal Hydrometeorological Center, cloudy weather and light rain in the form of rain are forecast in the capital region next night with air temperatures ranging from plus 1 to plus 3 degrees in Moscow and from 0 to plus 3 degrees in the region. On the afternoon of Thursday, November 27, against the background of cloudy weather and light rain, thermometers in the capital will show plus 5-7 degrees, in the Moscow region – from plus 2 to plus 7 degrees. The wind is forecast to be southwest, speed 5-10 m/s.
