Muscovites were promised an unusual week

Due to low atmospheric pressure, light rain is possible in the city. However, the forecaster clarified that there are no conditions for heavy rainfall – around 4-10mm of rain will fall over the course of the week.

“Daytime temperatures on all working days of the week will be plus 12-13 degrees, 3.5 degrees higher than normal. We can assume that September weather has returned to Moscow,” Vilfand said.

By the weekend of October 11 and 12, a low pressure trough will form over Moscow. Therefore, rainfall will become moderate. On Monday, October 13, rainfall will increase further and the air temperature will drop to minus 10 degrees.

Muscovites were told the date of the first snowfall

Previously, Tatyana Pozdnykova, leading expert at Meteonovosti news agency, warned that cold weather would hit the capital on Saturday, October 11.
