The international song contest “Incision”, prepared as an alternative to the song “Eurovision” in Moscow, the capital of Russia, was held. Singer from more than 20 countries, including Russia, Belarus, China, Brazil, Kazakhstan and Saudi Arabia, participated in the competition. Singer Duc Phuc, who represented Vietnam, won the competition.
